Two heroes, three sizes. All clear the bar.
PWR BALLS® are savoury high protein meatballs, sold frozen in 6 packs across three sizes. Beef and chicken, 8 balls to a serve, the same specification in every format.
A serve is 130–136 g depending on the flavour, and it is sized to deliver a complete meal's protein rather than a number chosen for a pack front — 35 g. What changes between the packs below is how many serves you are buying at once.

Per-serve values are scaled from independent laboratory analysis of each recipe. Protein is shown rounded to the nearest gram. The measured figures — 35.2 g (beef) and 35.1 g (chicken) a serve — are in the panel under “Independently tested, and published”, and are what the app counts with. Leucine is measured directly by accredited laboratory amino acid analysis. Vegetarian and seafood ranges coming soon.
Where these numbers come from
Every figure above is scaled from accredited laboratory analysis of the actual recipe — not from a supplier specification and not from a recipe calculation. The certificates, the laboratories and the full panel per 100 g are published.
