The free macro tracker
The PWR BALLS® tracker on this site is free, and there is no account to create. It opens in your browser, works out your daily targets, and keeps your diary on your own device until you choose to create an account and sync it.
It is a calculator, not a coach. It does the arithmetic you would otherwise do badly in your head, and it tells you what the numbers are rather than what they mean about you.
What it does
Height, weight, age, sex and goal go in; calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat come out. The formulas and the reasoning behind them are published, not hidden behind a subscription.
Search, favourites, recipes and barcode scanning, against the Australian food database. Log a meal in seconds rather than building it from raw ingredients every time.
The part worth having. At any point in the day it works out what you still need and tells you exactly how many balls close the protein gap — a number, not a suggestion.
One dashboard. Weight trend rather than daily noise, so a heavy Tuesday does not read as failure.
Why the gap is the hard part
Most people who miss their protein do not miss it by a lot and do not miss it every day. They miss it at one meal — usually the one that was not planned — and the day never recovers, because the amount you can absorb in one sitting is limited and a large dinner does not make up for a thin lunch.
So the tracker does not just count. It answers the question you actually have at 4 pm: how far short am I, and what closes it. A serve of PWR BALLS® is 35 g of protein, which is why the answer can be given as a count of balls rather than a lecture about food groups.
Put the PWR BALLS® tracker on your phone
The free tracker on this site runs in your browser — there is nothing to download and no app store needed. Adding it to your home screen gives you a PWR BALLS® icon and a full-screen app, and takes about ten seconds.
Computer — Chrome or Edge
There is an install button in the address bar.
- Look at the right-hand end of the address bar for a small install icon — a screen with a downward arrow.
- Click it. If it is not there, open the three-dot menu and look for "Install page as app", or "Apps".
- Click "Install".
